New Version Features Introduction (V9.6 / May 2026)
You can always use the latest features.
We have further strengthened and improved basic features, such as the “Read Later” feature in Information and the “Push Notifications” feature in AppSuite.
The “Read Later” feature for Information, previously available in the mobile app version, can now be used in the main (PC) version.
In AppSuite, in addition to enabling push notifications to the mobile app, we have made various improvements to enhance usability, such as adding an “Other” input field to radio button and checkbox components, and expanding cross-tabulation and graph functionalities.

Information
Added “Read Later” feature to the main version (PC version)
The “Read Later” feature, available in the mobile app version, can now be used from the main version (PC version) as well. Information set to “Read Later” can be viewed from both the main version and the mobile app version.

Minutes
Improved interface for creating agenda items
We have improved the interface for creating an agenda, making the operation of adding new agenda items more intuitive. You can now also add agenda items at any desired position.

Circulars / Reports
Reference target minutes from circulars/reports created from minutes
You can now open the target minutes directly from the body of a circular or report that was created from those minutes.

Webmail / Webmail IMAP
Support for sorting and searching the spam settings list
In the spam settings, you can now sort the email address/domain list by clicking the header. We have also added pagination and a search function.

File Transfer
Sort lists by “Status”
You can now sort the file list by “Status”.

Restricted automatic transmission of password notifications
Administrators can now set permission limits and the default value for the “Automatically send password notifications” option.

AppSuite
Push notifications to the mobile app
Push notifications can now be sent to the mobile app when data is added or modified. By adding “Processing when data is added/modified” and specifying the processing type as “Notification” and the notification method as “Push notification to mobile app”, a push notification will be sent to the mobile app where the designated user is logged in.

Added “Other” input field to checkboxes and radio buttons
An “Other” input field has been added to checkbox and radio button components, allowing users to enter and save items that are not in the provided choices. This supports error checking for required inputs, and the width of the input field can be adjusted to fit the layout.

Filtering based on input component values when selecting data from other apps
When opening the data selection screen from the key component icon, you can now set the values entered in other components on the input screen as filter conditions. By having users select an organization or category first before selecting data, it becomes easier to find the target data.

Increased the number of items that can be added to rows, columns, and aggregate values for tallies and graphs
We have relaxed the upper limit on the number of items that can be added to rows, columns, and aggregate values in tallies and graphs, making it possible to create more complex cross-tabulations and graphs.

Added arbitrary units to aggregate graph values
You can now add arbitrary units to the values displayed on graphs.

Display pie chart labels inside the circle
Data labels for pie charts can now be displayed inside the circle.

Expanded values displayed on 100% stacked graphs
For 100% stacked aggregate graphs, you can now select multiple values to display from item names, values, and percentages.

Flexible configuration of tally publishing scope
We have added “Specify individually” to the tally publishing scope. After creating a tally, you can set the publishing scope by combining any users, organizations, or roles from the tally management screen.

Other Feature Additions & Improvements

Specification Changes in V9.6
- AppSuite: Changed the “Message” sent by automatic processing so that it only executes when the app is published, similar to email notifications.
- AppSuite: Expanded the maximum length limit for URLs that can be set in the “Webhook” for “Processing when data is added/modified” from 255 characters to 511 characters.
- AppSuite: Changed the item names displayed on data labels for pie charts with two or more hierarchies so that the item names of upper hierarchies are not displayed. Tooltips and legends will continue to display the upper item names as before.

- General: Changed the system so that “Remote IP”, “Local IP”, and “User Agent” are not recorded in the access logs generated by the scheduler or batch processing triggered by the scheduler.
