NEOREKA ASIA Sdn. Bhd. (“we”, “us” or “our”) handles your personal data as described in this Notice, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 of Malaysia (“PDPA”).
1. Personal Data We Collect
We collect the following information through the forms on this website and other channels:
- Name, company name, department and job title
- Email address and phone number
- Industry and company size
- Your answers to the diagnostic tool
- Details of your enquiries
- Website usage information (IP address, browser type, access date and time, cookie information, etc.)
2. Purposes of Use
We use your personal data for the following purposes:
- To provide your diagnostic results
- To respond to your enquiries and requests for consultation
- To propose products and services (including desknet’s NEO), prepare quotations and handle contract procedures
- To send you newsletters, seminar and event invitations, and information about our products and services (only where you have given your consent)
- To produce statistical data and improve our website and services (in a form that does not identify you)
- To comply with legal and regulatory requirements
3. Obligatory and Voluntary Information
Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are obligatory. If you do not provide this information, we may be unable to provide your diagnostic results or respond to your enquiries. All other fields are voluntary.
4. Disclosure to Third Parties
We will not disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent, except in the following cases. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
- Sharing with our related companies (including our parent company in Japan) within the scope of the purposes above
- Engaging service providers for email delivery, customer relationship management (CRM), website operations and similar services
- Where disclosure is required by law, or requested by government authorities or courts
5. Transfer Outside Malaysia
For the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to and stored in countries or regions outside Malaysia, including Japan. In such cases, we take appropriate measures to ensure your personal data receives a level of protection comparable to that under the PDPA.

7. Retention
We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes above, or as required by law. After that, we delete or dispose of it securely.

Under the PDPA, you have the right to:
- Request access to your personal data
- Request correction or updating of your personal data
- Withdraw your consent or limit the processing of your personal data
- Stop receiving direct marketing communications such as newsletters
