When you want to submit an application, simply select the desired form. Forms can be stored in folders categorized by type.
The approval process is automatically determined based on the application content and your department, so you don’t need to research or choose who to apply to.

You can see at a glance how far your application has progressed. Unlike paper-based applications, the workflow function eliminates the worry of applications getting lost along the way.
When the approver presses the approval button, an image of the approver’s seal is displayed, just like in a paper-based system.

Solving Excel management challenges with AppSuite
A faithful reproduction of the “paper application form”.
AppSuite can reproduce various application forms created on paper or in Excel in their original form. Screens created with AppSuite can be used directly as application forms in the workflow function.
Anyone can easily create application forms with mouse operations, allowing for a seamless transition from traditional paper-based processes.
It utilizes a wide range of components, including tables and automatic numbering.
The application form allows you to create an easy-to-read and easy-to-fill application form by combining various components, such as “Automatic Numbering,” which allows you to set a number by combining a date and any string of characters; “Organization/User Selection Component,” which allows you to easily select an organization or user; “Table Component,” which allows you to create a detailed table by arranging various components side by side; and “Reference Component,” which allows you to search for and retrieve information from master data such as product.
You can add or edit information on the application form.
Access rights are set for each component, and a field for the responsible department can be added to the application form, allowing for the addition of processing results and other information.
For example, this can be used when applying for advance payment of business travel expenses, allowing the payment or settlement staff to leave comments.
Data is stored in AppSuite.
Data submitted and approved using the workflow function is automatically stored in the AppSuite app. The accumulated application information can be exported as a CSV file and used in spreadsheet software or other systems.
