Setting terms of use according to
requirements
Usage conditions can be set for each device, such as ‘cannot be used after 6:00 PM’, ‘continuous use limited to 2 hours’, ‘reservations available until March 31st’, and other conditions as needed
Approval can be requested before booking
Reservations can be set up in advance for each location, and require administrator approval before use
Find out the availability status of meeting rooms
When selecting multiple meeting rooms, the system will display available times from the weekly schedule in a list format, allowing for convenient selection and booking immediately, reducing the hassle of registration. Additionally, if duplicate bookings are detected, the system will display an error screen to prevent double bookings
